1️⃣ Same-Day Fast Delivery (Tamil Nadu)

  • For many locations across Tamil Nadu, we offer super-fast same-day delivery, typically within 3 to 5 hours of order confirmation.

  • Deliveries are handled by our authorized commission-based delivery partners, who carry pre-stocked inventory locally.

  • These partners are not direct employees but are fully authorized by Herbal N to deliver orders and collect payments.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all same-day deliveries.

2️⃣ Standard Courier Delivery (Tamil Nadu & Pan India)

  • For areas where same-day delivery is not available, both in Tamil Nadu and across India, we ship orders via our trusted third-party courier partners.

  • These courier deliveries typically arrive within:

    • 3-5 business days within Tamil Nadu.

    • 3-7 business days for other states across India.

  • COD is available for most courier shipments, subject to serviceable pincodes.

3️⃣ Packaging

  • All Herbal N products are packed in strong, sealed plastic containers that are safe and durable for transit.

  • No additional bubble wrap or boxes are required.

  • Each package is securely sealed inside tamper-proof courier packaging to ensure safe and hygienic delivery.

  • We maintain strict hygiene standards during packing and handling.

4️⃣ Order Tracking

  • For Same-Day Deliveries in Tamil Nadu: Our delivery team will coordinate directly with you via WhatsApp or phone for real-time delivery updates.

  • For Courier Deliveries (Pan India & Tamil Nadu): You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Tamil Nadu Same-Day Delivery: Charges may vary and will be shown at checkout based on ongoing offers.

  • Courier Delivery (Pan India):

    • Orders below ₹649: Flat shipping charge of ₹70.

    • Orders ₹1500 and above: Free Shipping.

6️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across both same-day and courier delivery modes.

  • Authorized delivery partners will collect COD payments at your doorstep during delivery.

  • Please ensure correct delivery address and contact details while placing your order for smooth processing.

7️⃣ Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule.

  • Multiple delivery attempts may be made based on your availability.
