We aim to offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience while maintaining strict product safety and hygiene standards. Please read our updated policy below:


1️⃣ Order Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation Before Shipment (For orders within India):

  • You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched.

  • Upon confirmation of your cancellation request, refund will be processed within 24-72 business hours to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Shipment:

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Refunds are not applicable once dispatch is completed.


2️⃣ Returns & Replacements (Post Delivery)

  • Due to the nature of our products (health & wellness consumables), we do not accept returns or offer refunds after delivery, except in the following cases:

    • Damaged product received

    • Wrong product received

Process for Reporting Damaged/Wrong Items:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Share your Order ID, issue details, and clear photos of the product and invoice.

  3. After verification, we will arrange pickup and provide replacement for eligible cases.

  4. Refund will only be considered if replacement is not possible.


3️⃣ Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or replacements if:

  • Product has been used, opened, or tampered.

  • Original packaging, labels, barcodes, or free gifts are missing.

  • Return request initiated after 2 days of delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (COD payments are non-refundable).

  • Free products or promotional gifts.


4️⃣ Refund Processing

  • Refunds are only applicable for cancellations before dispatch or in rare cases where replacement is not possible for damaged/wrong products.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 24-72 business hours after approval.

  • It may take 2-3 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

  • No cash refunds for COD orders.
